Transformative Collaboration Through the Enneagram
Inner disarmament before outer disarmament. – The Dalai Lama
This 3-session webinar series explores the role of the Enneagram in collaboration and conflict resolution. It is designed for those who wish to do the individual transformative work that will enhance their collaborative and conflict resolution skills while learning ways to apply the Enneagram framework. Sessions will occur once a month for three months.
Each 3-hour Zoom session will combine presentation, group discussion and reflection, and participants will be invited to deepen their understanding and personal engagement with series content through supplemental readings and a journaling practice between meetings.
As a bonus, each participant will have the opportunity to schedule a free hour-long individual consultation with Anu Osborne.
Series structure:
Session 1: Foundations
Covers foundational Enneagram principles, including the Three Centres of Intelligence. Participants will have the opportunity to discern and enrich their understanding of their Enneagram type.
Session 2: Principles of the Enneagram and Collaboration
Explores how the nine types show up in conflict and collaboration, with a focus on the types’ communication and conflict styles, core interests, deep fears and defense strategies.
Session 3: Expansion
Applies the knowledge and experience gained from the previous two sessions to working with oneself and others (clients, groups and teams). Approach and topics may evolve depending on the needs of the group.
No prior experience with the Enneagram is required to participate in this series. With your professional governing body’s approval, this series may apply towards your continuing education accreditation.
For those interested in furthering their personal or professional experience with the Enneagram, deepening series will be offered. This 3-part webinar may be taken as a stand-alone program or can serve as a precursor for future courses.
